Anaspond is a father-sons trio from The Big Island of Hawaii.

    Beginning in 2012 as Mele’uhane, (Spirit of Music) Keikilani and his eldest son Leo began creating original hawaiian music. Producing 3 Hawaiian albums, all of which won them multiple Hoku Nominations, Mele’uhane began touring across the U.S. mainland.

In 2017 Mele”uhane released their first crossover album, Anaspond. Subsequently after their fourth album release Kaneala joined the team in October, where they then took on the alias name Anaspond.

Since that moment Anaspond, have been making waves..

    Hawaiian father and sons trio, Anaspond, emerges the issue of more than 5 generations of paniolo cowboys, musicians, and composers as one of Hawaii’s newest World Music artists. In their deep affection for ‘‘ōlelo Hawaii (Hawaiian language),Keikilani Lindsey and his sons Leo and Kaneala Lindsey lend a new spin to ‘haku mele’ (Hawaiian songwriting).

Joining  a new generation of Hawaiian storytellers they endeavor to explore the many untold tales of the heart, rendering a song for each emotion. They are lovers of most every musical genre, but they celebrate their love of ‘ohana and culture by continuing to ‘holo mua’ (move forward) in their unique interpretations of classic compositions, new original music and traditional Hawaiian favorites.

Living up to their multi-HOKU nomination received for Keikilani Lindsey's debut album release “Meleʻuhane” in 2014, “The Garden” in 2015, and Leo Lindsey’s “Here Comes Treble” in 2016, Anaspond now tours full-time throughout the US where they enjoy reaching out to new listeners of every age group, joyfully sharing their original music.
